Andrew is always fighting for a great deal for Fresh Cuts Market's customers.  That's probably because he has a Black Belt in the Filipino martial arts and a Blue Belt in Judo!  His negotiating skills really pack a punch!

Andrew’s local roots run deep, having grown up in Conquerall Bank.  He has lived throughout Nova Scotia and Ontario at various points in his career and is happy to call the South Shore home. 

Retail management has always been in his blood.  He’s been in senior management roles throughout his career.  His drive and passion for entrepreneurship led him to move on and start his own business with friend and business partner, Darren Young.

Andrew loves to travel whenever he can and is always up for an adventure.  He likes to be

physically active and enjoys downhill skiing, dirt and street motorbiking, camping and

hiking. He also loves family time, family vacations, and is extremely proud of his daughter and

son. He is an MMA fan and taught martial arts for several years.  

Andrew believes that success is gained through the engagement and empowerment of all team

members. “We're in the people business. We just happen to sell groceries.” Ask Andrew about

the Fresh Cuts team and you will hear, “We have the best team, not only on the South Shore, but

Nova Scotia!”  This will be evident to customers - exceptional customer service, product quality, value and cleanliness… Fresh Cuts Market!

Don't tell Keshia to jump off a cliff...because she will!  Keshia is a bit of an adrenaline junky and risk taker. She has a passion for travel and exploring.  She has gone cage diving with great white sharks and jumped off the highest commercial bungy jump in the world!!

Keshia is a Lunenburg County girl who grew up in New Germany and now lives in Pinegrove.

She studied Tourism Management and Hospitality and has spent 16 years in the customer service industry, including over 10 years in a supervisory capacity.  Her customer service orientation and focus are a perfect fit for the management team. Her human resource and team management experience, as well as her creativity and problem-solving abilities are assets to her role at Fresh Cuts.

When not working she can be found exploring waterfalls, wineries, breweries, and cafes, taking her dog to beaches, camping, fishing or reading.  Spending time with friends and family is very important to Keshia.  She is always up for an adventure.

Just like her need for adventure, she is constantly in search of great deals to pass along to our customers.

Tabatha is trendy and edgy, but a total country girl at heart. Born and raised in Lunenburg, she

now resides in Hebbs Cross with her husband and two daughters.

She began her career in the banking industry, eventually returning to school to receive a diploma with Honors in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting.  Tabatha then transitioned into Public Practice Accounting and worked as an Accounting Technician.

Tabatha’s professionalism, top notch accounting skills and love for number crunching, along

with her desire to provide excellent customer service, are put to good use keeping the

Fresh Cuts office running smoothly.

When she's not crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with

her family, four wheeling, crafting, cooking, and spinning a good yarn over a glass of vino.

Tommy not only slices up excellent cuts of beef, pork and chicken, he can also carry a tune. He has an awesome singing voice and even signs at weddings.  Yup, he's a wedding singer!

Tommy knows a thing or two about meat.  He has worked in the meat cutting business for many years and provides excellent leadership to our meat department team.  

He was born and raised in Bridgewater and has lived in the area all his life.  Tommy is married and has three children.  Family time is very important to him.  When not hanging out with the fam jam, he loves to golf and is a total sports fanatic.  

Tommy and his team are proud to offer top quality meats and service to the South Shore.

Produce Manager by day and van Gogh by night...that's Mike!  Mike is a talented artist and creates beautiful paintings in his spare time. 

Mike has extensive knowledge of produce, having worked in this field throughout his career.  He brings a wealth of experience to the produce department.  He ensures that the produce department is not only always stocked with awesome fresh produce, but is also beautiful, just like his works of art.

Mike grew up in the picturesque Town of Mahone Bay and has called this area home all his life.  He is the father of two, a son and daughter.  In addition to painting, he is also musically talented and enjoys a wide variety of music.  So much in fact, that it led him to play in a band for five years and he toured across Canada.

Mike prides himself in providing fresh produce at great prices.

Petite, professional and polite.  That’s Viki - but she has a wild side!  She's a total biker chick and loves motorbikes.  Cruising around on a motorcycle is a favorite pastime.   

Born in Truro, Viki moved to Bridgewater in her early twenties.  She has an extensive background in the customer service field, as well as supervisory experience.  Over the years, she has honed her skills in team management, human resources and health and safety.  She believes in a teamwork approach and uses her interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills to effectively work within a team environment to get things done.  

When not on a motorcycle, she likes to go hiking and target shooting.  She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nephews, when they visit. She is an animal lover and pretty proud of her green thumb.

Viki has received customer service awards and will continue to ensure that top notch service is provided to Fresh Cuts customers. 

History buff, travel enthusiast and beach lover, that’s Jonathan.  He also loves hockey and cheers for the Montreal Canadians.  

Oh, and he also knows a thing or 2 about the grocery business.

Jonathan has extensive experience in the grocery business. He started his career working as a part time produce clerk in Greenwood, and has held senior management positions at a number of large grocery retailers in many parts of our beautiful country, including Manitoba, Liverpool and Nunavut. 

His experience is put to good use keeping Fresh Cuts running smoothly.
